“Gabrielia” understands the risks associated with purchasing high-value items, which is why they've implemented a unique service for their customers: if a customer makes a purchase of $150,000 USD or more, the country manager will personally travel with the order and open it together with the customer upon delivery, to ensure customer satisfaction with delivered products. This will allow both parties to ensure that the product quality and quantity is correct, and that delivered goods were safe throughout.

This service is available to customers in a variety of countries, including South Korea, India, Russia, USA, Canada, Israel, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. We believe that we're the only supplier in the world offering this kind of service.

 How to order

Delivery in Moscow and Russia 

  • The buyer presents the requirements, specifications, and quantity of the goods, and sends the information to us via email, WhatsApp, or by phone order;

    1. The buyer will receivesamples from our company within three days;

    1. The buyer places an order with our company for whichwe require an 80% advance payment;

  • Our company transports the goods from an OEM factory in Asia or our Moscow warehouse to the customer's warehouse;

    1. The customer pays the remaining 20% of the order upon delivery.

Delivery terms and conditions

  • If the goods are shipped on time, but are not received due to customer error, subsequent shipping will require the customer to pay the service fee for delivery again.

  • Delivery of goods will be made to the address agreed upon with the customer. If buyer error causes the address to change before the delivery date, the supplier may reschedule the delivery.

  • Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer must have the authorization to receive them.

  • Upon receipt of delivered goods, buyers must inspect the delivered goods. To do this, the packaging should be opened, and it should be ensured that there is no visible mechanical damage, and that all originally ordered items contained in the product packaging are present. Under Article 458 and 459 of the Russian Federation Civil Code, you can only present claims to the seller before the transfer of goods to you.
